Meet our people

Marina Burley

Marina has been part of the Kingswim Carindale team since its opening in 2015. She has been teaching children to learn to swim for 9 years, ever since she took her daughter for her first learn to swim lesson at 7 months and found her passion. Marina started with Kingswim as a teacher/supervisor and now is our Centre Manager. Marina loves spending time travelling and in the outdoors with her husband and three young children along with their little black pug Lolly! In her downtime Marina loves to lift weights and eat ice cream. When she is not with her family she could think of no better place to be than with her Kingswim families at the Pool.

What lesson from his Mum does Marina still live by today?

“How to use your manners! It’s all the little things like sitting at the dinner table until everybody is done and then ask to be excused”.
